We took this basic subscription from you, but we still cannot count some recipes, because we cannot find some of the raw materials we work with in your database. Will there be more meat and slaughter raw materials in the larger subscription? Can I send you a list of these raw materials? Please reply urgently. What should we do in this situation? The basic task of the Calculator is to calculate the nutritional values ​​for recipes based on the value of raw materials used to produce a given product. Currently, in Poland, there is such an awkward situation, because the database containing the characteristics of the value of food raw materials developed by the National Food and Nutrition Institute is from 2005 and its resources are definitely insufficient for producers. The National Food and Nutrition Institute has announced many times that it will update its database, but time passes and no update has been published. The Calculator has the largest and most up-to-date Catalog of Raw Materials with described nutritional values, which includes both raw materials described in Polish databases and other databases, the use of which has been sanctioned by Regulation 1169/2011, but in some cases this is also insufficient. Therefore, the program has the ability to create its own lists of raw materials. Each user who finds that the Calculator's raw material catalog is missing a raw material from which their company produces, can add this raw material to their list. All you need to do is enter the name, basic data needed for calculations and save it to your list. Then, when calculating the value for specific recipes, the program suggests both the raw materials available on the Calculator list and those added to the user list. Such raw materials entered by the user are available only on their account. Other users do not see them and cannot use them.

The creators of the Calculator constantly take care of expanding the list of raw materials in the catalog available to all users. Every month, raw materials from subsequent manufacturers are entered based on the received official specifications, after their verification. If you want your raw materials to be included on the common list available to all users - please send them to the Calculator administration, and after determining their credibility, they will be added to the Raw Materials catalog.
